Glogster in an Educational Context

Glogster is a very useful Webb 2 App, as soon as you use it you can tell that it would be easy to use and effective when put to use in an educational context. You can use it to create a visually aesthetic data base on any subject you choose. It’s like creating a poster but much more interactive for the viewer with the use of scroll bars to eliminate a large chunk of text taking up space on the poster. With spaces to insert pictures to attract attention its similar to a poster, however unlike a poster Glogster gives you the ability to embed videos. As you can imagine, any subject in the world can be covered in depth so therefore easy to teach the viewer a lot about the subject of your choice. In this way it’s very useful in an educational context.

                It also creates a safe link via the internet from school to home, a brilliant aspect for educational use and beneficial to the student who wants to carry on work in the house or present homework to the class. I wish my school had introduced us to glogster.
