Varsity

arsity is coming up, In Swansea Met we have Varsity once a year against Trinity Saint David. Varsity is One day of sporting activity where the 2 universities compete against each other in all different sports; Football, Rugby, Hockey, Netball and Basketball. The results are tallied up and at the end of the day After the Men's Rugby 1st's play each other an overall winner is crowned. Swansea Met has won the last 4 Varsity's in a row. We are clearly the superior University (He said as he gave him completely non biased opinion). Varsity is only a month away. And with it being Swansea Met’s Turn to host the event everyone involved in any of the sports team here, from players to fans, is getting very excited. The event is huge, People who have left the university still come back every year to watch the mighty red and blacks defeat Trinity!

          The propaganda for the event is huge, with photo shoots and promotional videos already being made by the Students union. This is one of many posers that are a part of the varsity preparation.
